Does this sound familiar?

When the questions
get personal.

You don’t need to have your next chapter figured out to recognise yourself in these pages.

01 / WORK PRESSURE

Your day ends.
Your mind doesn’t.

You care about doing well, but switching off has started to feel like falling behind.

02 / COMPARISON

Everyone else seems
further ahead.

Their milestones make you question your own pace, even when you’ve come a long way.

03 / SELF-TRUST

You want a direction
that feels like yours.

You’re wondering where you belong, and what you would choose without everyone else’s expectations.

A moment to reflect

Some questions deserve
a little more space.

Thoughts at the heart of Lunas Writes. Choose a question and stay with it for a moment.

01What if I’m falling behind?

It is easy to measure your life against someone else’s visible milestones. Harder to remember everything they leave out of the picture. What would progress look like if you measured it against what matters to you?

02Can I be ambitious and still need rest?

Wanting more from life does not mean you have endless energy to give it. There can be room for your drive and your limits. What would you protect if rest mattered as much as your next achievement?

03What if I don’t know what comes next?

Uncertainty can make every choice feel bigger than it is. You may not be ready to redraw your whole life. Is there one small, honest step you feel ready to take?

If these questions feel familiar, meet the book behind them .

The person behind the words.

Meet the writer

Hello, I’m Bedoor.
You can call me Lunas.

I write about the space between the life we present and the one we experience.

I’m Bedoor, the voice behind Lunas Writes. This book grew out of a time when I was trying to keep going while losing touch with myself—and the healing that followed. Writing gave me a way to untangle the pressure, the doubt, and the feeling that I should somehow be doing more. I share those experiences because I know how lonely they can feel when everyone else seems to be managing just fine.

My writing turns toward the human side of those experiences: the self-doubt behind a confident exterior, the exhaustion beneath achievement, and the quiet courage of choosing a different path.

I bring curiosity, emotional honesty, and a willingness to ask difficult questions. Through my work, I hope to offer readers a moment of recognition—and room to think more kindly about their own becoming.
